Room was spacious and comfortable. Great service from the staff, including calling taxis for us. Convenient location near the subway and bus stations for easy access to the city center. Breakfast available from 7:00 until 10:30.

Felt very lucky, no complaints at all.

Hotel was situated only a short distance to luis i bridge. I liked the fact that I chose belver beta porto. Free parking was possible on site.

Rich breakfast buffet, large room, parking directly at the hotel, bus stop in the immediate vicinity.

our brief stay at beta hotel porto was exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to assist us with stolen passports and cards, making a difficult situation more bearable. the cleanliness of the rooms and enjoyable breakfast and spa were definite highlights. the convenient location and helpfulness of the staff made our stay memorable.

Public transport in front of the house. Possibility to use spa with free towels. Breakfast buffet was small but still good. Spacious room.

Spa could be renovated again. It's not that bad. In the restaurant you usually had to share the table with strangers. Was not a problem for me but it could be that some people do not like this.

The breakfast was good and sufficient, but not outstanding. Wellness area and indoor pool were good, but not only reserved for hotel guests and therefore quite full. To the left of the hotel, at the end of the road block, there's a good Churrascaria, where mainly locals can be found. Very generous portions and good quality at low prices as actually everywhere in Portugal.

The location directly on a thoroughfare makes parking more difficult as there are not enough hotel parking spaces. We had a room to the inner courtyard and were bothered by the street noise.

I had a great time staying at Belver. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay really enjoyable. I also loved the variety of facilities available, from the gym to the spa and swimming pool. It was so convenient to have everything accessible within one building.

While the hotel had many great features, it is in need of renovation as soon as possible. The building itself is very old and the reception hall gives off an outdated atmosphere.

Yes...booked hotel on basis they had a pool. Got there...pool was closed...bit rubbish really.

Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with all the necessary facets for a pleasant stay. the quality of the service is exceptional, anticipating and addressing guest needs so that each and every visit meets expectations. Breakfast is plentiful with a wide assortment of delicious options, all set against a beautiful view of the city.

Room facilities could be improved in regards to the availability of electrical sockets near the bed.
